Article 13 and EU Copyright Law explained: This is how Europe will destroy the Internet

09:27
The new EU copyright law is going to have drastic affects on the freedom and openness of the Internet. Beyond banning memes, Article 13 of the European Copyright Directive 2018 will result in automated surveillance and centralized control of the Internet. The directive makes online platforms liable for the content generated by their users. That means that on top of punitive and vaguely worded terms of services, Internet gate-keepers like Facebook, Google, or Twitter will be required by law to proactively monitor and censor content. These online platforms will be required by law to create automated mechanisms to filter infringing content. Such technology would essentially turn into “upload filters”. These automated filters won’t be recognizing between infringing and legitimate content, like parodies, satire, commentary or other instances of fair use. To balance the flaws of automated upload filters, the directive also requires platforms to build staffed systems for filing complaints for illegitimate takedowns. I make these videos because I believe standing up against power and illegitimate authority is a moral duty. I believe all humans are fundamentally free. But this freedom won't take care of itself. Natural Law Theory: Crash Course Philosophy #34

09:39
Our exploration of ethical theories continues with another theistic answer to the grounding problem: natural law theory. Thomas Aquinas’s version of this theory says that we all seek out what’s known as the basic goods and argued that instinct and reason come together to point us to the natural law. There are, of course, objections to this theory – in particular, the is-ought problem advanced by David Hume. Rules of war (in a nutshell)

04:44
Yes, even wars have laws. To find out more, visit http://therulesofwar.org ******** Rules of War in a Nutshell - script Since the beginning, humans have resorted to violence as a way to settle disagreements. Yet through the ages, people from around the world have tried to limit the brutality of war. It was this humanitarian spirit that led to the First Geneva Convention of 1864,and to the birth of modern International Humanitarian Law. Setting the basic limits on how wars can be fought, these universal laws of war protect those not fighting, as well as those no longer able to. To do this, a distinction must always be made between who or what may be attacked, and who or what must be spared and protected. - CIVILIANS - Most importantly, civilians can never be targeted. To do so is a war crime. “When they drove into our village, they shouted that they were going to kill everyone. I was so scared, I ran to hide in the bush. I heard my mother screaming. I thought I would never see her again.” Every possible care must be taken to avoid harming civilians or destroying things essential for their survival. They have a right to receive the help they need. - DETAINEES - “The conditions prisoners lived in never used to bother me. People like him were the reason my brother was dead. He was the enemy and was nothing to me. But then I realized that behind bars, he was out of action and no longer a threat to me or my family.” The laws of war prohibit torture and other ill-treatment of detainees, whatever their past. They must be given food and water and allowed to communicate with loved ones. This preserves their dignity and keeps them alive. - SICK & WOUNDED - Medical workers save lives, sometimes in the most dangerous conditions. “Several fighters from both sides had been critically wounded in a fierce battle and we were taking them to the closest hospital. At a checkpoint, a soldier threatened us, demanding that we only treat his men. Time was running out and I was afraid they were all going to die.” Medical workers must always be allowed to do their job and the Red Cross or Red Crescent must not be attacked. The sick or wounded have a right to be cared for, regardless of whose side they are on. - LIMITS TO WARFARE - Advances in weapons technology has meant that the rules of war have also had to adapt. Because some weapons and methods of warfare don't distinguish between fighters and civilians, limits on their use have been agreed. In the future, wars may be fought with fully autonomous robots. But will such robots ever have the ability to distinguish between a military target and someone who must never be attacked? No matter how sophisticated weapons become it is essential that they are in line with the rules of war. International Humanitarian Law is all about making choices that preserve a minimum of human dignity in times of war, and makes sure that living together again is possible once the last bullet has been shot.

The Secret Behind Numbers 369 Tesla Code Is Finally REVEALED! (without music)

#369 #Tesla #energy As requested... I uploaded The Secret Behind Numbers 369 Tesla Code Is Finally REVEALED! (without music) https://youtu.be/Mg7FI8cAuQs READ FULL ARTICLE HERE - http://369news.net/2018/04/10/secret-behind-numbers-369-tesla-code-finally-revealed/ Nikola Tesla did countless mysterious experiments, but he was a whole other mystery on his own. Almost all genius minds have a certain obsession. Nikola Tesla had a pretty big one! He was walking around a block repeatedly for three times before entering a building, he would clean his plates with 18 napkins, he lived in hotel rooms only with a number divisible by 3. He would make calculations about things in his immediate environment to make sure the result is divisible by 3 and base his choices upon the results. He would do everything in sets of 3. Some say he had OCD, some say he was very superstitious. However, the truth is a lot deeper. “If you knew the magnificence of the three, six and nine, you would have a key to the universe.” – Nikola Tesla Music By: 1. 15 Things You Need to Know When Dealing With the Police

09:49
Knowing what you should do when dealing with the police is really useful. Following some simple rules will keep you out of trouble in an emergency situation. At some point in your life, you’ll have to deal with law enforcement officers, even if you haven't broken any laws. We’ll be answering the most common “What if...” and “Can they...” questions about the police. Remember, when dealing with law enforcement officers, stay calm and respectful at all times, never argue with or touch a police officer, and always state out loud if you do not consent. Music: Scratch the Itch - Quincas Moreira https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS What do I do if a police officer stops me on the street? 0:34 Do I have to answer their questions? 1:21 What to do if I'm being asked to leave a public place? 1:41 What if law enforcement officers pull me over? 2:18 Why do police officers touch your car when they pull you over? 2:57 What if I’ve been mistreated by the police? 3:26 What do I do if a police officer asks me for a bribe? 3:58 What should I do if officers come to my house? 4:45 Can officers search me, my home, my car, or my bag? 6:00 Do I have to show officers my immigration documents? 6:25 If I'm entering with valid travel papers, can law enforcement officers stop and search me? 6:51 Can airport security search my laptop files? 7:20 What if I’m selected for a strip search? 7:41 What if I witness a crime? 8:01 What to do if I need help from the police? 8:50 SUMMARY -If a police officer stops you on the street, it doesn't always mean they think you’ve committed a crime. Stay polite and answer questions about your name and where you live. If you’re visiting another country, always carry a copy of your ID with you. -You have the right to remain silent and will never be punished for not answering a question. -Police officers don't need any written document forcing you to leave the premises but they cannot order you to move if you’re protesting some political issue or taking part in a strike. -When pulled over by the police, stay calm and polite, step outside if the officer asks you to and only answer questions in connection with the reason you were pulled over. -Police officers touch your car when they pull you over to leave their fingerprints on it. This can prove that they had an encounter with a certain driver. -Write down the officer's badge number, their name, or any other identifying information, document your injuries if any, call a lawyer and file a complaint for the mistreatment. -An officer can never demand money from you, but if that happens, stay polite and pay attention to all details to report the incident later. -If the officers come to search your house, make sure they have the right warrant to do it, call your lawyer, take note of what’s going on and find somebody to be your witness to watch the search -If you don't want the police to search your belongings, you have to say out loud, “I do not consent.” -Always carry your immigration documents on you at all times to avoid problems. -Customs officers and TSA agents have the right to stop, detain, and search any person or item entering the country. -Register a complaint with the TSA to find out the reason for your laptop files search. -The officers are obliged to take you to a private area for a strip search, and the searching officer must be the same sex as you. -If you witness a crime, protect yourself, call for help if necessary, don't touch or move anything and pay attention to every detail so that you can explain everything to the police when they arrive. -Call 911 or your local police department if you need help from the police. Even if the copyrighted material you use in your YouTube videos falls under Fair Use, you can still get into a lot of copyright issues and difficulties. The only entity that can determine if your use of copyrighted material falls under "Fair Use" or not is a court of law. YouTube doesn't make any judgement calls on fair use. They only give copyright holders the ability to find their material on YouTube through Content ID and determine what they want to do with the video that's using their material. The Constitution, the Articles, and Federalism: Crash Course US History #8

13:04
In which John Green teaches you about the United States Constitution. During and after the American Revolutionary War, the government of the new country operated under the Articles of Confederation. While these Articles got the young nation through its war with England, they weren't of much use when it came to running a country. So, the founding fathers decided try their hand at nation-building, and they created the Constitution of the United States, which you may remember as the one that says We The People at the top. John will tell you how the convention came together, some of the compromises that had to be made to pass this thing, and why it's very lucky that the framers installed a somewhat reasonable process for making changes to the thing. You'll learn about Shays' Rebellion, the Federalist Papers, the elite vs rabble dynamic of the houses of congress, and start to find out just what an anti-federalist is. The Law Of Attraction - How It Really Works & How To Use It

13:00
The Law Of Attraction -- Learn how it actually works without the New Age mumbo-jumbo, and how to use it to create amazing results. The Ultimate Life Purpose Course - Create Your Dream Career: http://www.actualized.org/life-purpose-course Leo's Top 140 Self Help Books http://www.actualized.org/books Full Video Transcript Here: http://www.actualized.org/articles/law-of-attraction Video Summary: Simply, the Law of Attraction states that you attract that on which you most focus. The obvious corollary to the Law of Attraction is the advice to focus on the things you want more of in your life – that you should spend more time thinking about what you wish to attract into your life than what you don't like. Unfortunately, most people do the opposite, always worrying and obsessing about their problems. While that's human nature, it needn't be yours. If you want things in your life to get better, focus on the solution, not on the problem. Your thoughts generate the action you take in your life. If your thoughts are soaked in negativity, your action can't be resourceful. Instead of focusing on the elimination of a problem, focus on what you can create instead. Replace worrying with the projection of positive images. The Law of Attraction is extremely powerful because it works on the subconscious. Once your subconscious starts to resonate with your new-found feeling of confidence, joy, and calmness, it stops resisting. You'll struggle less, shed your fear, and be bolder and more persistent in pursuit of your goals.

How Language Is Used to Deceive You: Politics, Business, World Events, Sports, and Law (1989)

59:17
Doublespeak is language that deliberately disguises, distorts, or reverses the meaning of words. About the book: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0060161345/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0060161345&linkCode=as2&tag=tra0c7-20&linkId=7bcf9e30b5c34c13270780661a671f65 Doublespeak may take the form of euphemisms (e.g., "downsizing" for layoffs, "servicing the target" for bombing), in which case it is primarily meant to make the truth sound more palatable. It may also refer to intentional ambiguity in language or to actual inversions of meaning (for example, naming a state of war "peace"). In such cases, doublespeak disguises the nature of the truth. Doublespeak is most closely associated with political language. Doublespeak might also have some connections with contemporary theories as well. Edward S. Herman and Noam Chomsky note in their book that Orwellian Doublespeak is an important component of the manipulation of the English language in American media, through a process called 'dichotomization'; a component of media propaganda involving 'deeply embedded double standards in the reporting of news'. For example, the use of state funds by the poor and financially needy is commonly referred to as 'social welfare' or 'handouts', which the 'coddled' poor 'take advantage of'. These terms, however, do not apply to other beneficiaries of government spending such as tax incentives and military spending. William D. Lutz, serves as the third chairman of the Doublespeak Committee since 1975 to the present. In 1989, both his own book Doublespeak and, under his editorship, the committee's third book, Beyond Nineteen Eighty-Four, were published. Lutz was also the former editor of the now defunct Quarterly Review of Doublespeak, which examines ways that jargon has polluted the public vocabulary with phrases, words and usages of words designed to obscure the meaning of plain English. His book, Beyond Nineteen Eighty-Four, consists of 220 pages and eighteen articles contributed by long-time Committee members and others whose body of work has made important contributions to understandings about language, as well as a bibliography of 103 sources on doublespeak. Lutz is one of the main contributors to the committee as well as promoting the term "doublespeak" to a mass audience so as to inform them of the deceptive qualities that doublespeak contains. He mentions: There is more to being an effective consumer of language than just expressing dismay at dangling modifiers, faulty subject and verb agreement, or questionable usage. All who use language should be concerned whether statements and facts agree, whether language is, in Orwell's words 'largely the defense of the indefensible' and whether language 'is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.'" [15] He also mentions that the NCTE Committee on Public Doublespeak and their works with regards to educating the public on doublespeak is responsible for "the rather awesome task of combating the advertisers, the politicians, and the major manipulators of public language in our society." [15] Lutz states that it is important to highlight doublespeak to the public because "language isn't the invention of human beings to lie, deceive, mislead, and manipulate" and the "purpose of language is to communicate the truth and to facilitate social groups getting together". Thus, according to Lutz, doublespeak is a form of language that defeats the purpose of inventing language because doublespeak does not communicate the truth but seeks to do the opposite and the doublespeak committee is tasked with correcting this problem that doublespeak has created in the world of language. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doublespeak

How to impeach a president

06:51
What we can learn from Reconstruction, Watergate, and the Clinton saga. Subscribe to our channel! http://goo.gl/0bsAjO [2:31] CORRECTION: A previous version of this video misstated the year of Andrew Johnson's impeachment. He was impeached in 1868, not 1863. The founding fathers included impeachment in the constitution so that Congress would have a way to remove leaders who had "rendered themselves obnoxious," in the words of Benjamin Franklin. But the way they set up the process, it's nearly impossible to remove a president from office without substantial support from the president's own party. That's what happened during Watergate: some congressional republicans protected Richard Nixon, but others demanded to know the extent of his involvement in a break-in at the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee, and the subsequent cover-up. In the words of then-Senator Howard Baker, a Republican from Tennessee, "What did the President know, and when did he know it?" It was pressure from Republican leaders like Barry Goldwater that made Nixon resign before the House could vote on articles of impeachment-- Goldwater convinced Nixon that too many Republicans were willing to vote to remove him from office, he'd never survive a Senate vote. The opposite was true during the impeachment proceedings for Bill Clinton. After it became clear he lied during a deposition for a sexual assault suit brought by a former employee, Paula Jones, about his relationship with a different employee, Monica Lewinsky, Republicans in Congress argued the offense was serious enough to be impeachable. Democrats disagreed, and although the House voted to impeach Clinton on a party-line vote, not a single Democratic senator voted to remove him from office. If a President still has the support of a majority of his political party, history suggests the chances for impeaching and removing him from office are slim to none. While legal scholars, activists, and some Democratic members of Congress have pushed for articles of impeachment against Donald Trump, it seems unlikely at this point that a substantial number of Republicans would break rank in the Senate to create a 2/3 majority in favor of removal from office. Quantum Physics Explained

25:34
Quantum mechanics is the branch of physics relating to the very small. It results in what may appear to be some very strange conclusions about the physical world. At the scale of atoms and electrons, many of the equations of classical mechanics, which describe how things move at everyday sizes and speeds, cease to be useful. In classical mechanics, objects exist in a specific place at a specific time. However, in quantum mechanics, objects instead exist in a haze of probability; they have a certain chance of being at point A, another chance of being at point B and so on. Three revolutionary principles Quantum mechanics (QM) developed over many decades, beginning as a set of controversial mathematical explanations of experiments that the math of classical mechanics could not explain. It began at the turn of the 20th century, around the same time that Albert Einstein published his theory of relativity, a separate mathematical revolution in physics that describes the motion of things at high speeds. Unlike relativity, however, the origins of QM cannot be attributed to any one scientist. Rather, multiple scientists contributed to a foundation of three revolutionary principles that gradually gained acceptance and experimental verification between 1900 and 1930. They are: Quantized properties: Certain properties, such as position, speed and color, can sometimes only occur in specific, set amounts, much like a dial that "clicks" from number to number. This challenged a fundamental assumption of classical mechanics, which said that such properties should exist on a smooth, continuous spectrum. To describe the idea that some properties "clicked" like a dial with specific settings, scientists coined the word "quantized." Particles of light: Light can sometimes behave as a particle. This was initially met with harsh criticism, as it ran contrary to 200 years of experiments showing that light behaved as a wave; much like ripples on the surface of a calm lake. Light behaves similarly in that it bounces off walls and bends around corners, and that the crests and troughs of the wave can add up or cancel out. Added wave crests result in brighter light, while waves that cancel out produce darkness. A light source can be thought of as a ball on a stick being rhythmically dipped in the center of a lake. The color emitted corresponds to the distance between the crests, which is determined by the speed of the ball's rhythm. Waves of matter: Matter can also behave as a wave. This ran counter to the roughly 30 years of experiments showing that matter (such as electrons) exists as particles. Occult objects are tools the Satanic kingdom uses to yoke your consciousness and spirit to false spiritual revelation and demonic principalities. It gives forces of darkness legal ground to operate in your life and to oppress you. In this video, we talk about the power of occult objects and go through a list of objects to burn. Things like tarot cards, magick books, esoteric books, books about channeling, and other such thing can open up doorways to demons of the occult. Qualified Immunity In America: An Overview & Conversation [POLICYbrief]

05:42
Created by the Supreme Court in 1967, the legal doctrine of qualified immunity shields government officials from being sued even if they violate someone’s constitutional rights, as long as they are not violating what the Court calls "clearly established law." Proponents of qualified immunity argue that it is necessary for police officers to perform their job without the fear of being sued. Critics say that qualified immunity offers too much protection for the police and lessens their accountability. Two experts on qualified immunity, UCLA Law Professor Joanna Schwartz and Fairfax County Police Auditor Richard Schott, discuss its pros and cons in the fourth episode of our POLICYbrief series on criminal justice. * * * * * As always, the Federalist Society takes no particular legal or public policy positions. Where did that law come from?

07:41
Taking a look at some new UK legislation coming through parliament. I thought I'd take you through a bit of legislation and ask you, where do you think that law came from? PLEASE SUPPORT MY YOUTUBE WORK ON PATREON: http://bit.ly/2oUVQfm FACEBOOK: @JeffTaylorBrexit LIKE THIS? PLEASE SHARE IT using the url - https://youtu.be/nez8_mDzI-0 *SUBSCRIBE* to Jeff Taylor Here: https://goo.gl/NyzUPo How to *SUPERCHARGE* your YouTube videos - start for FREE: http://bit.ly/2vbl9z2 Now, there's a bill going through parliament at the moment called the 'Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill 2017-19', published on the 6th June 2018 and sponsored by the Home Secretary Sajid Javid. And there's a nice briefing paper on it. There's also a Home Office fact sheet that explains such things as the maximum penalties for certain offences increasing. Some parts of the bill have though attracted criticism. On this, Professor Harvey of Queens University Belfast School of Law said: "There is a risk that the broad scope of this new offence will have a chilling effect and further undermine guarantees on freedom of expression. "Although notionally targeted at a member or supporter of a proscribed organisation the offence is of such breadth as to raise legitimate human rights concerns about its scope and potential application." Now, as far as I can see there's been barely a squeak from anyone about this, including from Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition, who's job it is to oppose everything with vigour to ensure that good law is made that works in the interests of the UK (and not the EU I should point out). So, a sudden thought struck me - and you know where I'm going with this one don't you? I went back through some EU Directives and found Directive (EU) 2017/541 of the 15th March 2017 - on combatting terrorism, which says that EU states have to have transposed this into national law by the 8th September 2018. Both the UK bill and the EU directive are very long but just to give you an indication, under Article 15.3 of the EU directive: "Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that offences listed in Article 4 are punishable by custodial sentences, with a maximum sentence of not less than 15 years for the offence referred to in point (a) of Article 4...." So, does this mean that we have had to put these sentences in place because the EU told us to? Well, actually no - I'll explain. Under paragraph (41) of that EU directive it says: "In accordance with Articles 1 and 2 of Protocol No 21 on the position of the United Kingdom and Ireland in respect of the area of freedom, security and justice, annexed to the Treaty of the European Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and without prejudice to Article 4 of that Protocol, those Member States are not taking part in the adoption of this Directive and are not bound by it or subject to its application." And the Home Office screed itself says that this legislation is in response to the developing threat landscape, making no mention, at all, of EU directives etc. Now let's jump to the Republic of Ireland, which I've already pointed out also does not have to implement this directive, but where the Irish Times reported in June 2017: "The State intends to introduce laws to make it a crime to travel to another country to engage in terrorism or join a terror group. "The laws will form part of the State’s implementation of an EU directive which requires member states to enact tougher anti-terror laws. "Ireland has yet to officially implement the directive of the European Parliament on combating terrorism but fully intends to do so, a Department of Justice spokesman said." Now, that's being honest with people of Ireland. And you can understand the Republic doing so as an ongoing EU27 member, but the UK? OK you could argue that it is part of making sure EU and UK laws are still the same after Brexit day as they were before it - but my responses to that would be - we were exempt anyway, so why? Why was it not just swept up in the EU Withdrawal Bill, if we were going to do it? Do we need to do this just for trade purposes anyway? And, if it is in response to the EU directive, why not be honest? Now, I'll leave it to you to decide whether the UK bill is really an independent move by UK lawmakers or not, as well as the reasons behind it - I know what I think. Sole Proprietor, LLC, or Corporation? - All Up In Yo' Business

08:44
Contact Aiden and learn more at www.180lawco.com. [email protected] | 720-379-3425 What The Heck is an S Corporation?: https://youtu.be/i5to7Da3wMw Top 10 Things Every LLC Needs: https://youtu.be/T826TLGEK9w The three most common types of structures for a small business are the sole proprietor, LLC, and corporation. These are by no means the only options for business structure; there are many more options out there (e.g., general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, cooperatives, non-profit corporations, etc.). If you are operating as a sole proprietor, this means that you have not really formed any legal structure of a business entity. If you are just an individual making income from providing services or selling products and you have not registered anything with your state, then you are already operating as a sole proprietor. If you are operating under a trade name (e.g., if I am operating a lawn mowing service under the name “Aiden’s Lawn Mowing Service,” that would be the trade name), then you should file a Statement of Trade Name with the Secretary of State in order to register the fact that you are operating under that trade name. However, just because you file your trade name does not mean that you are an LLC or any kind of entity; you are still just a sole proprietor. The LLC is the most popular entity formation and that is because (in Colorado, at least) an LLC is inexpensive and relatively simple to start and run. To form an LLC, all you have to do is file Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State (or whatever agency operates business organizations in your state) and boom! you've got yourself an LLC. Of course, there are other things you need to do to make sure your LLC is going to protect you personally and to avoid piercing the corporate veil. Similar to a sole proprietor, all of the income to the business is taxed as if it were personal income to the business owner. Finally, the biggest difference between an LLC and sole proprietor is that an LLC does give you that liability protection. So, if there is a lawsuit, or if the LLC is subject to some liability, then you as the business owner should be personally protected and your personal assets would most likely be safe from those liabilities. When I say "corporation" in this context, I am referring to a C-Corporation specifically. (I'm going to touch on the S-Corporation in just a minute.) The corporation is a little bit more complicated and expensive to set up, but there are some instances where it would be useful to have a corporation. First, it’s important to know that there are three groups of players in a corporation: Shareholders, Board of Directors, and Officers. Shareholders are basically the owners; they own shares of the corporation. The Board of Directors is responsible for making decisions about the operation of the corporation. And the Officers are generally those that are actually participating in the business and managing the business and all of its activities. Despite these various players, a small business can still form as a corporation and the Shareholder, Board of Directors, and Officers can all be one person. In other words, one person can hold multiple positions within the corporation. To create a corporation, you will need to file Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State. You will also need to write Bylaws, which are essentially the same as an Operating Agreement. The Bylaws say how the corporation is going to be run and managed and operated. If there are going to be multiple shareholders, then you will probably also want to have a Shareholder Agreement. One of the biggest drawbacks of a corporation is that corporations are subject to double taxation. When money comes into the business it is taxed at the corporate rate as income to the corporation, then when money is distributed to the shareholders, it is taxed again as dividends to the shareholders. Finally, just like an LLC, the corporation provides liability protection to the Shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the Officers in most instances. Thumbs up & subscribe if you want more AUIYB! The Science of Six Degrees of Separation

Are all people on Earth really connected through just six steps? There's much more science in this than I initially expected. It turns out ordered networks with a small degree of randomness become small-work networks. This is why your acquaintances turn out to be more important in job searches and finding new opportunities than close friends. DON'T SEND ME AN EMAIL anymore... 1. Do not send it directly to me unless you know me. 2. Send the email to someone you have met IN PERSON and know on a first name basis AND THEY KNOW YOU. 3. All The Reasons Why May 19, 2019 By Anna Von Reitz

Help support the work of Anna and the Living Law Firm here https://paypal.me/annavonreitz/ or look for the PayPal button on http://www.annavonreitz.com All The Reasons Why May 19, 2019 By Anna Von Reitz The urgent reason to assemble the States is that only the States can "charter" new Federal States of States and restore the rightful and fully functioning Federal Branch of the Federal Government. The reason we need to do this is that leaving the Reconstruction dangling and unfinished has harmed our whole country for 150 years and provided a means and an excuse for other governments to meddle in our affairs. The republican states (State Republics) are formed by Declaration. The States are formed by Compact. The Federal States of States are formed by State-Issued Sovereign Patents Territorial States of States are formed by State-Issued Charters Municipal STATES OF STATES are formed by State-Issued Articles of Incorporation Sovereign Patents and Articles of Incorporation may also be called "charters" in common parlance because they fulfill the same function as Charters---just in different jurisdictions. So when you are tasked to "bring forward your charters" it means bring forward your State's Sovereign Patents, Charters, and Articles of Incorporation so they can be reviewed, updated, and in the case of the Federal States of States, reconstructed and re-issued. Not every State will be able to locate these records, and some States never had any records of this nature to begin with, so new entities will have to be created; for those States that do have access to records of old charters---meaning sovereign patents, territorial charters, and any articles of incorporation, these records can serve as the basis of re-issued charters or serve as templates for newer States to build upon. The reason we do the paperwork and record it is to create evidence demonstrating our choice of political status on the Public Record. On the level of our own lives, the recorded paperwork serves to restore our access to the constitutional guarantees we are owed and serves to protect us from being misidentified and harassed under false legal presumptions. On the level of our State Assemblies, having our paperwork independently verified (the work Teri and Jocelyne are doing) creates evidence that our State Assembly is properly populated and operated by People owing singular allegiance to their State ---- that is, by State Citizens, who are the only Lawful Persons authorized to convene a State Assembly. Obviously, if we are not ourselves operating in the right capacity to form a State Assembly our actions as State Assembly Members are invalidated and anything we attempt to do without "standing" to do it, is also invalidated. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) attacked conservative people of faith for pro-life stance on abortion. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) pushed abortion to middle school students. She’s the one who told men to “shut up and step up, and do the right thing for a change.” Patrick from New York, first-time caller, says Ilhan Omar was talking about Christians when she referred to them as “religious fundamentalists”! Then Patrick talks about his parents. He’s black. His father wants to live with him, due to inability to manage his life. Patrick’s in his 30s. His dad’s losing his house. He feels obligated and guilty but doesn’t want to do it. He tells stories of dealing with his father and mother. Today’s his birthday! He’s 33. He doesn’t consistently do the Silent Prayer. Suffer and die! He sounds white, and he talks about black. (After the commercial break, Jesse encourages him after hanging up!) Thu, May 23, Hour 2: GUEST: Major Williams for Mayor of Pasadena GUEST: Major Williams is 42! Black don’t crack! He’s running for Mayor in Pasadena, CA. He voted for Obama twice, and only became conservative 2-3 years ago when he was working with Republicans. His website is majorformayor.com He wants to participate in BOND’s 10th Annual Men’s Conference. Tyra from Cape Cod, MA, first-time caller, asks Jesse about taking kids to church. At break, Jesse talks about BOND and promotes Joel’s The Gifted of Dance academy and Esteban’s Simple Plumbing businesses from the Entrepreneur Academy. Jesse finishes call with Tyra. Kenny from Idaho wants to donate what he can. He asks about the Men’s Conference and transgenders. Jesse shows the photos of the “American Taliban,” John Walker Lindh, who was let out of prison! Mitch from Illinois thanks Jesse and talks about the Kingdom of Heaven within… They touch on the black lesbian mayor of Chicago. 12-year-old black boy allegedly kicked and spit on cops! Jesse plays clips from Daily Mail. Isaiah Downs’s mother LaToya Downs is asking for an apology from the police! The lawyer works for Benjamin Crump’s law firm, the same attorney who represented Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown’s “families.” Thu, May 23, Hour 3: American Taliban Release; Sacramento PD Under Fire. “American Taliban” John Walker Lindh let out of prison early! And reportedly he still supports radical Islam! Jesse replays story of 12-year-old black boy who spit on cops and kicked them, and the boy Isaiah bragged about it! Cops put a spit bag over him. The boy’s mother LaToya Downs wants the cops to apologize. The lawyer is from Ben Crump’s law firm. No daddy around. Javien from South Carolina calls back about being homosexual and people judging him. He accuses Jesse AND Jesus of making mistakes. He says he forgave his parents. But he tells the story of his mother deceiving him about who his real father was. He thought one man was his father, but he wasn’t! Jesse tells him that’s a trauma, and urges him to do the Silent Prayer. He got off-track on that. After Jesse finishes the call, he says, there is nothing you can’t overcome. But you must see that you’re wrong for “playing God.” If you don’t repent and be born again, you’ll still suffer. New episode of TheFallenState.tv coming out tomorrow. Relationship panel! Ron from Ohio disagrees that human beings don’t have free will. He thinks he makes his own decisions.
